Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Provide direct leadership to a team of engineers focused on electronic systems and controls.
• Drive system and component requirements definition for electric power generation products.
• Define software content and release schedules to meet program milestones.
• Ensure NPI and CPI issue resolution within the system scope.
• Act as the primary electronics point of contact for the Electric Power product group.
• Communicate project updates through technical reviews and deep dives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Technical knowledge of embedded systems, software development, and control strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and monitor technical resources.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
