• Conduct technical capability gap analysis and FMEA for factory automation solutions.
• Manage the full software product lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment.
• Engage with partner organizations to evaluate feasibility and prioritize development tasks.

• Collaborate within a matrix team environment to resolve complex manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to security clearance requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a STEM field with 1–4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects or engineering disciplines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience in semiconductor engineering or factory automation environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Shop Floor Control.
• Proficiency with operational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SEMI Equipment Automation Standards (E5, E30, E40, E94, E90).
