What you will do

  • Translate high-level product vision into actionable technical and business roadmaps.
  • Maintain ownership of program financial targets, including CAPEX and unit economics.
  • Partner with global supply chain teams to define sourcing strategies and de-risk schedules.
  • Oversee validation asset planning, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Provide data-driven transparency to executive leadership regarding program trajectory.
  • Coordinate across manufacturing, marketing, and service to ensure commercial viability.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Southern California or Michigan
  • Proven experience in vehicle program management or equivalent technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of automotive electrical architecture, autonomy, and propulsion systems.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies and program governance.
  • Experience with financial stewardship, including COGS and investment targets.
  • Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and decision-making.
