What you will do

• Lead and manage the full program lifecycle and partnership for critical enterprise customers.
• Translate customer forecasts into actionable plans by coordinating build output with production teams.
• Own the process for correcting purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, and updating pricing.
• Coordinate internal resolutions for quality and field service issues to minimize customer impact.
• Align inventory with forecasted demand and support product phaseouts and lifecycle transitions.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure delivery aligns with customer service level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred).
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing role.
• Experience managing enterprise clients with annualized volume exceeding $10 million.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems and customer portal tools.
• Must be located in or able to work in Jacksonville, FL.
