What you will do

• Lead the partnership with critical enterprise customers, managing the full program lifecycle.
• Interpret customer forecasts to align supplier capacity and internal production schedules.
• Coordinate build output and deployment in direct collaboration with production teams.
• Manage the process for correcting purchase orders and coordinating pricing updates.
• Drive resolutions for quality and field service issues to minimize customer impact.
• Analyze volume trends and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing or enterprise client-facing roles.
• Proven experience managing programs with annualized volume exceeding $10 million.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems and customer portal tools.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fremont, CA

Nice to have

• MBA or PMP certification.
