• Manage large, complex internal projects and global end-state transformations.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring budgets are met and providing reliable forecasts to management.
• Maintain complex multi-function and global relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams of over 20 people across multiple regions.
• Drive significant business impact in areas of cost, efficiency, and total cost of ownership (TCE).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles.
• Advanced University degree.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Colorado, Texas, or Wisconsin) for onsite work.
• In-depth knowledge of operational policies and critical project management techniques.
