What you will do
- Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned to pipeline goals and institutional audiences.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, and events.
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key institutional accounts.
- Manage campaign workflows and automation in CRM and marketing platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution to inform strategic adjustments.
- Partner with sales teams to support pipeline progression and address deal friction points.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or ABM.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns tied to revenue outcomes.
- Experience marketing to enterprise or institutional buyers.
