What you will do

  • Translate product marketing strategies and assets into structured, high-converting outbound engagement plans.
  • Design and maintain multi-channel outbound cadences for campaign launches, events, and prospecting.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally between Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time and implement closed-loop feedback to optimize messaging and audience segmentation.
  • Drive the standardization of execution workflows and identify repeatable patterns for scalable automation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or Sales/Revenue Operations.
  • Strong expertise in writing high-converting cold outreach copy and designing multi-touch prospecting sequences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to drive optimization.
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outbound strategies and cadence optimization.
