What you will do

• Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
• Create and manage sales enablement content, tools, and playbooks for the Growth team.
• Select and manage external vendors and marketing agencies.
• Define and report on KPIs linking marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.
• Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack and CRM platforms.
• Translate internal product expertise into thought leadership across digital channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud sectors.
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Demonstrated competency in using AI tools for marketing automation and content creation.
• Strong command of CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking marketing KPIs.
• Must be based in Washington, D.C.
