Vice President - Solution Developer Market (Healthcare Technology): Set the strategic direction and drive revenue and gross profit for the Solution Developer market across the MCP Accelerate program, Solution Studio, and Biopharma/Med Device/Payor programs with an accent on go-to-market strategy, strategic packaging (pricing model), and market intelligence. Focus on building partnerships, enabling sales with KPIs and collateral, and aligning packaged products and services with customer feedback and industry trends.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base in the Solution Developer market.
- Lead sales alignment by setting targets with the sales team and defining sales enablement objectives and KPIs.
- Own go-to-market strategy and oversee strategic packaging, including pricing models and initiatives for Solutions Studio.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to increase market presence.
- Establish market intelligence to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with product, technology, services, finance, and legal to ensure packaged offerings are viable and meet market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and an MBA.
- 10+ years of healthcare industry experience across sales, product, marketing, and operations.
- 5+ years of experience in product development and agile processes.
- Strong customer strategy and ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Ability to communicate technology- and data-based solutions to business leaders and external partners/customers.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring others.
