TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy across the entire portfolio, including AI-powered offerings and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop launch frameworks and readiness plans to align Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
  • Create compelling portfolio narratives and value propositions that resonate with pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Own the Field Enablement strategy, providing sales teams with scalable tools, resources, and training for the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Success to build repeatable commercial frameworks and strategic sales plays.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, specifically within HealthTech and AdTech.
  • Deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercial storytelling and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise sales organizations to build scalable enablement models.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-growth, sales-focused company environments.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating narratives and product portfolios through mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience using AI to streamline workflows and enhance organizational value.
