What you will do

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for SmarterDenials and adjacent product lines.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to raise the bar for product excellence.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Engage directly with healthcare customers to identify workflow pain points and refine product direction.
• Establish and track key business metrics regarding adoption, performance, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 1–2+ years in a people management or leadership role.
• Strong experience in healthtech, specifically revenue cycle management, denials, claims, or payer/provider workflows.
• Proven track record of scaling mature products and leading new product development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering and data science.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with payer logic and denial workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL or other data analysis tools.
• Prior experience launching new products in the healthtech domain.
