What you will do

• Troubleshoot partner challenges and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to support partner growth.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales departments.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or retail operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with data tools such as Looker or Power BI and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English.
• Strong organizational, communication, and service-oriented skills.
