What you will do
- Drive digital transformation and cloud adoption while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close.
- Optimize software spend and help customers maximize value from their solutions.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships through a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and business initiatives.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in IT services or software sales, ideally with SMB/SMC clients.
- Strong understanding of cloud, licensing, and digital transformation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Consultative, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with O365 and CRM systems.
- Language: Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills required.
- Location: Must be based in Poland.
