What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for schools and municipalities to ensure smooth software deployment and transition.
- Drive SaaS renewal rates through proactive relationship management and effective networking.
- Design and deliver pedagogical workshops and training sessions, both online and in person.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to increase customer satisfaction.
- Analyze school development plans to align tools with core educational objectives.
- Manage the renewal pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering presentations, webinars, or workshops.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a classroom or education setting.
- Fluent in Danish and strong English skills.
- Proven track record of successful education or commercial project delivery.
- Willingness to travel to attend conferences and conduct training.
Nice to have
- Passion for and understanding of Education Technology (Edtech).
- Experience with Apple, Google, or Microsoft platforms.
- Familiarity with the current state and trends of the education market.
- Active professional network within the education community.
