hirify.global is an early-stage startup building a smart financial platform to replace legacy ERP systems with automated accounting and real-time reporting.

What you will do

  • Own and manage existing customer relationships to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Ensure Finance Directors and CFOs realize the full value of the platform.
  • Partner with Agentic Customer Engineers to deploy AI-driven workflows for clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve engagement risks before they impact the customer.
  • Define and document the customer success playbook from scratch.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior financial stakeholders like CFOs.
  • Experience driving adoption and expansion in a technical or solutions-led environment.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous engagements and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Active user of AI tools with a clear understanding of their practical application.

Nice to have

  • Background in finance or accounting.
  • Experience in a forward-deployed or professional-services model focused on renewals and upsell, particularly involving AI.
