What you will do

• Develop and oversee predictive and explanatory models including ML, econometrics, and time-series forecasting.
• Lead innovative projects leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Act as a trusted advisor to middle and senior management, providing strategic recommendations.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams to ensure high-impact delivery.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership through training, publications, and webinars.
• Support business development by crafting proposals and identifying new client opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or Energy Engineering.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent academic research.
• Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (work permit not provided).
• Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch or French.
• Proven interest in Energy and Finance sectors.
