What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of ML and LLM-based capabilities to assist the scientific publication journey.
• Spearhead data collection and advanced model development focusing on classification, deep learning, and innovative techniques.
• Design and oversee production-ready Python libraries for scalable data science pipelines.
• Integrate DS components and conduct rigorous quality assessments using large language models.
• Establish resilience against model drift and implement automated model re-training protocols.
• Mentor junior data scientists in high-quality coding practices and advanced ML techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of applied experience with a Master's degree or higher in CS, AI, Math, Statistics, or related fields (or 5+ years of experience).
• Expertise in Python with a proven track record of delivering production-ready code.
• Extensive hands-on experience with advanced classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Mastery in utilizing and integrating LLMs for sophisticated NLP tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation tools including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and SciPy.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex DS concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
