What you will do
- Manage complex technical requirements and design systems as a technical sales expert in direct partnership with account management.
- Provide high-level technical support, enablement, and guidance to partners and key end customers.
- Perform technical demonstrations, proof of concept (PoC) trials, and deliver presentations for prospects and events.
- Influence technical elements in RFPs and develop winning solution architectures.
- Lead the development of PoCs with clearly defined success criteria and detailed documentation of results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecom engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of related presales Systems Engineering (SE) experience.
- Strong expertise in WLAN, Cloud technologies (IT+OT), and L2/L3 Switching.
- Proficiency with wireless heatmap/site survey tools such as Ekahau or Hamina.
- Knowledge of network segmentation and Zero Trust security best practices.
- English: C1 (Fully bilingual) required
Nice to have
- Subject Matter Expertise in Industry 4.0, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Logistics verticals.
- Advanced networking certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, PCNSE, Aruba, Ruckus, or CWNP.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Prior experience with RUCKUS solutions.
