What you will do

• Own the reference network design including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN/SD-WAN, and firewall policies for all office locations.
• Manage the Meraki Dashboard as the single source of truth for configuration, firmware, and capacity planning.
• Operate the Tailscale zero-trust mesh and manage access routing in partnership with Information Security.
• Proactively monitor connectivity and drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and uptime improvements.
• Plan and program-manage network installs for new sites, coordinating with on-site leads and external vendors.
• Manage ISP relationships, procurement, and network budget forecasting in collaboration with Finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure, including owning multi-site corporate networks.
• Deep expertise in Cisco Meraki at scale, including understanding routing, segmentation, and RF beyond the dashboard.
• Strong command of network fundamentals: L2/L3 boundaries, BGP, IPAM, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, and packet-level troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of designing end-to-end multi-site networks and managing successful migrations.
• Experience with network automation using APIs, Terraform, or scripting.
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines while delivering work through on-site teams.

Nice to have

• CCNP or CCIE certification.
• Experience with ZTNA (Tailscale), physical security/AV networking (Verkada, Neat), and Wi-Fi heat-mapping.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted ITSM platforms and synthetic monitoring tools like ThousandEyes.
