What you will do
- Present and configure Vusion solutions for leading retailers such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and electronics stores.
- Partner with Sales to analyze and translate customer business needs into technical requirements.
- Coordinate implementation projects, monitoring deadlines and controlling costs to ensure successful deployments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, network infrastructure, and solution configuration.
- Lead pre-sales project teams to prepare for large-scale roll-outs for retail customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all operational, technical, and integration requests.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in IT Project Management.
- Must be based in or able to work from Torri Bianche, Italy.
- Solid understanding of software applications, system integrations, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript (ability to read and modify code/scripts).
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Interest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or IoT industries.
