What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to build trusted strategic relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Translate market and healthcare system insights into actionable recommendations for pharmaceutical and medtech stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including strategists, medical experts, and analysts to ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth and support proposal development and commercial discussions.
- Establish project KPIs and monitor budgets, risks, and compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and innovation industry dynamics.
- Proven project management skills, including budgeting and risk mitigation.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations.
