What you will do
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of engineering university programs, including internships and apprenticeships.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for early-career talent through engaging programming and development opportunities.
- Partner with University Recruiting to ensure a seamless journey from candidate acceptance through program completion.
- Collaborate with Engineering, People, and Learning & Development teams to align goals and drive engagement.
- Use participant feedback and program metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance outcomes.
- Manage program communications, timelines, logistics, and participant support across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically within talent, university recruiting, or employee experience.
- Proven ability to design and manage university talent programs, including internships and early-career development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in Canada as this is a remote-first role within the country.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
