What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end internal candidate pipeline and internal mobility strategies.
- Partner with the Master Service Provider (MSP) to enhance contingent workforce programs and ensure data integrity in tools like Greenhouse and Coupa.
- Drive process optimization and implement new operational methodologies for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Produce custom reports from the ATS and analyze data to identify trends and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Act as an informal leader and mentor to coordinators and recruiters, providing guidance on complex hiring logistics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, including managing background checks, offer creation, and interview scheduling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR Operations.
- Proven background in executing end-to-end projects such as tool integrations or hiring events.
- Technical proficiency in Jira, Asana, Google Workspace, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from technical contributors to Executive VPs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous operational problems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
