TL;DR
Recruiting Program Manager (AI): Designing and scaling systems and programs that power hiring processes with an accent on interviewer efficacy, pool health, and operational infrastructure. Focus on building scalable frameworks for evaluating talent, improving recruiter enablement, and coordinating cross-functional hiring playbooks.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or New York City); must be based in one of these locations
Salary: $140,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and scale interviewer systems, standards, and certification programs to ensure high-quality hiring.
- Manage the strategy and health of the interviewer pool, including the integration of AI and experimental interview formats.
- Develop onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate recruiter ramp-up and performance.
- Provide program management for strategic hiring initiatives such as internal mobility and M&A integration.
- Build cross-functional playbooks and coordination frameworks to ensure consistency and scale in recruiting operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, or high-impact cross-functional roles.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from scoping to execution.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate program health and make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York City (Office attendance required Mon, Tue, Thu).
- High agency and a builder mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience managing recruiting workstreams during hypergrowth stages.
- Background in talent operations or HR program design.
- Familiarity with technical hiring in AI, engineering, or product domains.
- Passion for the Notion product and its ecosystem.
