What you will do

• Design and scale interviewer systems, standards, and certification programs to ensure high-quality hiring.
• Manage the strategy and health of the interviewer pool, including the integration of AI and experimental interview formats.
• Develop onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate recruiter ramp-up and performance.
• Provide program management for strategic hiring initiatives such as internal mobility and M&A integration.
• Build cross-functional playbooks and coordination frameworks to ensure consistency and scale in recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, or high-impact cross-functional roles.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate program health and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City (Office attendance required Mon, Tue, Thu).
• High agency and a builder mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Experience managing recruiting workstreams during hypergrowth stages.
• Background in talent operations or HR program design.
• Familiarity with technical hiring in AI, engineering, or product domains.
