What you will do

• Complete RFP and RFI questionnaires with customized, accurate, and persuasive responses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, Sales, and Underwriting teams to tailor responses to specific customer needs.
• Maintain and optimize the RFP Response database through comprehensive annual reviews and ongoing updates.
• Participate in strategy and follow-up calls to increase the visibility and effectiveness of the RFP Unit.
• Proactively identify opportunities to position company offerings by collaborating with internal business partners.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred or applicable industry-specific experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage a high volume of workloads with competing demands and strict deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Must be based in or able to work from Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts.
