TL;DR

Sr. Program Client Services Analyst (Insurance): Provide strategic business analysis for Program Services focusing on customer processes, system efficiencies, and financial operations with an accent on reinsurance, premiums, and claims reconciliation. Focus on reviewing submissions, managing workflows, performing financial reconciliations, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve program execution and resolve discrepancies.

Location: Hybrid in Bedford, TX (In Office: Mon-Wed, WFH: Thu-Fri). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Review submissions from brokerage community and assist with quotes, policy issuance, and endorsements workflow.
  • Review underwriting guidelines, issue binders/slips and invoices, and escalate issues.
  • Monitor facultative and treaty reinsurance contracts for timely settlements.
  • Reconcile cash balances monthly, research discrepancies, and ensure premiums are recorded and collected.
  • Support claims administration, funding coordination, invoice validation, and financial reconciliation.
  • Facilitate audits, perform financial reconciliations across premiums/claims/reinsurance, and collaborate with underwriting, claims, accounting, and brokers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or Finance (Master's a plus).
  • Strong MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for executives and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Monday-Friday schedule; US work authorization required, no sponsorship.
