What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for Regional Directors and Senior Associates.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings with insurance clients and prospects (intro decks, portfolio reviews, follow-ups).
• Compile performance data, portfolio commentary, and analytical materials for meetings and client inquiries.
• Perform quality control for data included in client reports and requests.
• Facilitate due diligence requests and complete client questionnaires.
• Maintain CRM database and build marketing lists for events; communicate daily with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Background or strong interest in the Financial Services Industry.
• 1+ years of work experience in Financial Services or similar field preferred (asset management experience a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong computer skills (Excel and Word) and ability to learn new programs.
• Solid quantitative problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Hold SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or attain within the first 8 weeks of hire as a condition of employment).
