What you will do

• Design and populate the global risk profile covering Market, Credit, Liquidity, Operational, and Fiduciary risks.
• Collect and synthesize complex datasets from Asset Management, Private Wealth, and Alternatives to create a single source of truth for risk reporting.
• Develop scoring logic for risk rating and maintain interactive risk dashboards for senior management.
• Translate risk concepts into functional requirements (BRDs) for BI teams and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with Risk leads, Compliance, and Operations to validate risk assumptions and refine appetite statements.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for Risk Committees and Board-level updates.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in risk management, governance, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States.
• Ability to translate complex risk concepts into visual requirements and executive summaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Exposure to financial services, operational risk, or audit.
