TL;DR
Employee Lifecycle Analyst (People Ops/HRIS): Own compensation operations, employee data workflows in HRIS and connected systems, and benefits operations that support every employee experience. Focus on building accurate, auditable recurring processes and solving high-volume data integrity and reconciliation challenges across Comp, Finance, and HR.

Salary: $88K–$121K base (SF/NY target) + equity

What you will do
- Run Compensation Operations: execute recurring comp update processes (internal mobility, performance cycle updates, bonus/equity issuance prep, and ad-hoc bonus payouts).
- Ensure compensation changes are processed accurately and on time across systems to reduce operational burden on the Comp team.
- Own end-to-end employee data changes in HRIS and connected systems (moves, title changes, compensation updates, bulk uploads) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain data integrity via regular audits, cleansing, and proactive identification of errors across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
- Handle Benefits Operations & Support: manage benefits administration point of contact, enrollment accuracy, employee questions, and discrepancy detection.
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation so workflows are repeatable, auditable, and scalable.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in an operational, administrative, or people-focused role; People Operations/HR/data management experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail for accuracy across high-volume recurring processes.
- Comfort with data management platforms and ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solving and initiative to improve workflows without being asked.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to build trust with employees and stakeholders.
- Experience with compensation data processes and/or benefits administration/enrollment reconciliation; HRIS experience (Workday, Paylocity, or similar) required.
