What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for business-critical systems including Zendesk, NICE CXone, and DocuSign.
• Lead end-to-end system implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify and execute automation opportunities that reduce manual effort.
• Design dashboards and reporting to provide executive visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for system governance and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business systems administration, operations technology, or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise platforms like Zendesk, NICE CXone, or Salesforce.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
• Must be available to collaborate and communicate in recurring live meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
