What you will do

• Maintain and update supplier, pricing, and contract data to ensure system-wide accuracy and consistency.
• Verify supplier agreements and contract conditions to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Handle the day-to-day administration of procurement processes and contract information updates.
• Analyze and resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to optimize data quality and administrative workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in procurement, contract administration, or master data maintenance.
• Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Confident communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to data management.
