What you will do

• Define and execute sourcing strategies for electrical commodities across assigned regions and programs.
• Manage RFQ/RFI processes and negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and drive performance and development initiatives.
• Support new product development programs to ensure sourcing readiness for launch (PPAP, timelines).
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• University Bachelor Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
• 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within the automotive or industrial sectors.
• Experience with electrical/electronic components or electrified systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, RFQ management, and supplier negotiation.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electrified powertrain systems or e-mobility technologies.
• Experience with global sourcing and supply chain risk management.
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (PPAP, APQP).
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
