Salary: $85,000.00–$105,000.00 annually

What you will do
- Run commodity sourcing: execute RFQ-to-PO activities within commodity strategy and negotiate price and lead time.
- Lead supplier strategy: develop flexible supply approaches to meet cost and lead-time goals and support solution development with key suppliers.
- Drive cross-functional leadership: facilitate discussions across peers within the product line team to reach consensus and commitment to action plans.
- Apply structured problem-solving: develop and use methodologies such as A3, 5 Why, 8D, Production Pareto, and RC/CA; escalate when progress stalls.
- Own planning for top-level assemblies: analyze part requirements and impacts across the supply chain, manage master schedules, and use capacity planning tools.
- Support continuous improvement: generate and implement ideas using analytics and data within SME scope, aligned to product line goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent AND 3 years of relevant experience.
- APICS Certification in Purchasing, Production, and Inventory Control (preferred).
- Lean Manufacturing Certification or experience (preferred).
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.
