What you will do

• Collect and validate import documents and data.
• Collaborate with Customs Brokers to build a robust and effective import process.
• Define reporting requirements together with the TMC KPI Specialist.
• Analyze KPIs and drive discussions on improvement opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate payments and analyze trends to identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, logistics, or supply chain management.
• At least one year of experience in accounting, transport administration, or similar roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with detailed statistics and large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience in BI (Business Intelligence) tools or database development for KPI dashboards.
• Operational customs management experience.
