TL;DR

Content Designer (Fintech): Creating engaging, readable, and accessible content for digital banking apps and websites with an accent on user research and clear, people-focused language. Focus on refining customer conversations and ensuring consistency across multiple digital touchpoints.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must spend at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at one of the office sites.

Salary: £72,702 - £80,780

What you will do

  • Create engaging, readable, and accessible content to enhance digital customer experiences.
  • Refine and develop customer conversations based on research and insights.
  • Take ownership as the content expert within an agile multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop strategic evolution of conversations and identify linking opportunities across experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in tone and voice across various topics and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product teams to establish and track success metrics.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.
  • Experience working within complex landscapes, preferably in financial services.
  • Proficiency in using design platforms such as Figma for collaboration.
  • Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across product, risk, legal, and branding teams.
  • Confidence in writing concise and consistent copy across different digital channels.
  • Collaborative mindset suitable for a busy multi-disciplinary environment.
