TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Mobile App): Own end-to-end mobile app design, driving user flows, pixel-perfect UI, interactions, and motion with an accent on design craft, usability/accessibility (WCAG), and evolving a scalable design system. Focus on leading user-centred decisions through research synthesis, influencing product direction and roadmaps with design-led thinking, and mentoring designers while collaborating closely with product and engineering.
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in London office)
Salary: Β£70,000 - Β£80,000 per year (up to Β£80,000.00 DOE)

What you will do
- Own the mobile app experience end-to-end, including user flows, pixel-perfect UI, interactions, and motion.
- Drive design quality and craft by raising standards for consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Evolve and scale the design system to support speed, consistency, and long-term product growth.
- Plan, lead, and synthesize user research to ground design decisions in customer insight.
- Influence product direction and roadmaps with design-led thinking and proactive simplification of complexity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing; mentor and elevate other designers.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing mobile app experiences with strong end-to-end ownership and a solid portfolio.
- Strong mobile design fundamentals, including usability, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards (including WCAG).
- Ability to work autonomously and at pace, quickly understanding requirements and operating independently.
- Facilitation and communication skills to lead workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong attention to detail and structured, organised working style.
- Experience collaborating effectively with engineers and making pragmatic design decisions within technical constraints.
