What you will do

• Design production assets, infographics, logos, and digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Scale and refine the central digital design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to visualize outcomes and define scope.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary agile team of researchers, strategists, and developers.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate complex business problems and solutions simply.
• Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and accessibility standards for a diverse user base.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in visual design and delivering brand-led digital journeys.
• Proficiency in Figma (required), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft tools.
• Strong understanding of digital design systems and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work effectively and confidently within agile teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid requirement).
