What you will do

• Own and evolve global Rayo brand guidelines and the overall visual system.
• Develop scalable brand systems, documentation, and self-service resources for internal teams.
• Create and maintain reusable templates, asset packs, and design frameworks.
• Manage asset libraries, licensing standards, and brand governance processes.
• Support App Store design assets, optimization initiatives, and launch frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Lifecycle, and Marketing teams to embed branding throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

• Experience in digital brand design across product, CRM, and marketing channels.
• Proven track record of creating templates, frameworks, and scalable design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance central brand consistency with local market relevance.
