What you will do

• Evaluate green coffee quality through physical grading, cupping, and sensory tests.
• Manage the coffee sample database, documentation, and communication with sourcing and sales teams.
• Roast coffee samples and optimize roasting profiles for evaluation purposes.
• Organize and facilitate routine cupping sessions and maintain a clean QC lab environment.
• Handle the packaging, labeling, and shipping of product samples to customers.
• Monitor sample inventory to minimize waste and losses.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of coffee quality and sensory evaluation.
• Experience with structured coffee cupping and green coffee evaluation.
• Solid understanding of roasting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and database management.
• Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
• Commitment to work from the Amsterdam, Netherlands office full-time (5 days a week).
