What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange stamp lots submitted by users to ensure attractive and relevant listings.
• Create compelling weekly lot selections using market expertise and professional networks.
• Review titles, descriptions, and images to provide accurate estimated values.
• Maintain transparent transactions by applying expert judgement to every submission.
• Collaborate with Sales to attract new sellers and diversify the range of lots.
• Partner with Marketing to increase bidder engagement and visibility for auctions.

Requirements

• Proven expertise and strong passion for Stamps.
• Solid knowledge of the stamps market in either the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Excellent commercial skills with experience in negotiation and relationship building.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• English: B2 (Good command written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or as a Stamps Dealer.
• Knowledge of both the Netherlands and Belgium stamp markets.
