TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Central Europe): Drive customer adoption and business value for hirify.global across Corporate & Enterprise accounts in Germany with an accent on success & value realisation planning, measurable KPIs, and managing renewals/expansion. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors and overseeing implementations to reduce portfolio risk while supporting Central Europe growth.

Location: Frankfurt area, Germany (based in the Frankfurt area)

What you will do

  • Own customer success outcomes by building Success & Value Realisation plans, managing champions, and aligning stakeholders to deliver business results.
  • Manage a portfolio of Corporate & Enterprise accounts, driving adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion (Net Dollar Retention).
  • Oversee customer implementations to ensure customers understand the platform’s value and achieve high adoption.
  • Coordinate across departments to expand use cases and business value, supporting ARR growth and risk reduction.
  • Develop product expertise and collaborate with the product team on product vision and roadmap.
  • Lead community building through thought leadership, events, and best-practice development.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a software/SaaS company.
  • Proven track record managing Corporate & Enterprise accounts and driving adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience with AI customer engagement strategies, automation technologies, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and uncover growth and risk mitigation opportunities.
  • Ability to work in the Frankfurt area and be the first CSM in Germany.
