What you will do

• Operationalize the ESG Governance & Control Framework, covering accountability, scope, and data reporting.
• Coordinate ESG implementation across various domain owners including HSE, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Legal.
• Structure the double materiality assessment and define the ESG scope.
• Implement ESG processes and KPI frameworks aligned with QMS and audit requirements.
• Ensure reliable data collection, validation, and dashboarding for CSRD reporting.
• Prepare and coordinate internal audits and external assurance readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management, ESG, or sustainability within industrial or technical environments.
• Proven experience with ISO 14001 implementation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience translating ESG/CSRD regulatory requirements into business processes.
• Strong proficiency in process design, KPI definition, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience with data management, reporting structures, and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment.
