What you will do

• Provide legal analysis and support on a range of legal issues affecting the business.
• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts, including SaaS, PaaS, intercompany, and labor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding data protection, software development, labor, lease, and M&A.
• Identify legal risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Represent and liaise with state and administrative authorities in Georgia and abroad.
• Support corporate governance and assist in developing relevant policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Law degree and 4-6 years of qualification to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating a broad variety of commercial and international contracts.
• Experience in litigation, dispute management, and representing clients before state bodies.
• Solid grounding in corporate and commercial law.
• Working knowledge of data protection, IP, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Georgian.
