What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supplier, licensing, data protection, and payment services.
• Support the management of legal disputes, claims, and litigation cases.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and advise business teams to support compliant policy development.
• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, board documentation, and cross-jurisdictional corporate structuring.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in law.
• 3-4 years of experience as legal counsel.
• Exposure to the iGaming industry.
• Strong expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory regimes.

• Knowledge of privacy laws applicable in the EU, Gibraltar, and US.
