What you will do

• Sell products to B2B retailers and distributors within the juvenile industry across Turkey.
• Manage existing accounts and actively develop a portfolio of new potential leads.
• Establish strong relationships and visit customers locally to assess needs and provide individual consultation.
• Act as a coach by delivering product trainings for retailers and other customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the organization.
• Merchandise products and POS in accordance with VM Guidelines and act as a brand advocate on social media.

Requirements

• Several years of field sales experience.
• Deep understanding of premium markets and luxury retail business promotion.
• University degree in Business or a related field.
• Strong Turkish and English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to travel across different regions in Turkey.
• High sense of initiative and a dynamic, motivated personality.
