TL;DR

Sales Executive (Events/Media): Driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development for large-scale branded events with an accent on client relationship building and market research. Focus on achieving sales targets, managing sponsorship packages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Location: Must be based in the Nida Kule Esentepe, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye office.

What you will do

  • Manage existing client accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through face-to-face visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Develop and implement customized sponsorship packages tailored to client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and the customer journey in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Represent the company at national and international industry events.

Requirements

  • University degree required.
  • At least three years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Valid driving license with active car use.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Nice to have

  • Experience in events, media, or related industries.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems.
