What you will do

  • Organize regional sales and manage the sales team and distributor/dealer network.
  • Monitor distributor stocks and ensure accurate month-end closing, sharing stock information with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Drive regional sales targets by preparing plans and taking action accordingly.
  • Ensure collection of sold products in line with the company’s maturity policy.
  • Manage large customers and ensure distributor targets are achieved.
  • Train, coach, and manage distributor performance and distributor sales teams; share 3-month sales forecasts monthly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related subject.
  • 8+ years of continuous experience in traditional customer and distributor management in multinational organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive sales efficiencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Preferably business-fluent English.
  • Open to travel.
