What you will do
- Organize regional sales and manage the sales team and distributor/dealer network.
- Monitor distributor stocks and ensure accurate month-end closing, sharing stock information with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Drive regional sales targets by preparing plans and taking action accordingly.
- Ensure collection of sold products in line with the company’s maturity policy.
- Manage large customers and ensure distributor targets are achieved.
- Train, coach, and manage distributor performance and distributor sales teams; share 3-month sales forecasts monthly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related subject.
- 8+ years of continuous experience in traditional customer and distributor management in multinational organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to drive sales efficiencies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Preferably business-fluent English.
- Open to travel.
