What you will do

• Lead the development of high-level system architectures and technology roadmaps for autonomous maritime solutions.
• Connect software, control systems, electrical engineering, mechanical systems, and operational technology into integrated solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and manage strategic collaborations with technology companies, research institutes, and suppliers.
• Contribute to product portfolio development, business cases, and long-term autonomy strategy.
• Translate strategic business opportunities into practical technical concepts to guide investments.

Requirements

• Strong systems engineering mindset with experience in complex physical systems and machinery.
• Proven experience working with software-intensive systems.
• Knowledge of robotics, autonomy, AI, data systems, sensor fusion, and perception.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
