What you will do

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to review and refine project specifications.
• Prepare detailed integration plans, task breakdowns, and technical estimations.
• Perform hands-on code implementation, conduct PRs, and execute code reviews.
• Develop and scale features using Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS.
• Optimize system performance to support a rapidly growing user base of 50M+ people.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer.
• Proven track record in tech scale-ups or fast-paced agile environments.
• Experience building large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users.
• Perfectly fluent in English (C1).
• Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Nice to have

• Past experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps).
• Experience working within globally distributed teams.
